Este modelo é uma reedição da quarta geração da série WAVE MUSTANG, lançada em 2006 como um modelo com excelente amortecimento, na sequência da série WAVE RIDER.

A parte superior inspira-se nos designs de sapatos de corrida da década de 2000 criados por Tuan Le, ao mesmo tempo que incorpora elementos modernos, tais como malha de grandes dimensões, sobreposições metálicas e um logótipo RB em TPU que não eram utilizados na altura.

A entressola combina a estrutura Parallel Wave, desenvolvida para melhorar o amortecimento, com espuma U4ICX de alto rebote. Proporciona um conforto excecional com amortecimento e retorno de energia que se consegue sentir.
