We offer free returns. Please use the return label that came with your order for free returns.

Follow these steps to send your return via UPS

Find your return label

Check the original package(s) for the prepaid return label and form.
If your order arrived in multiple packages, use the label for each one.
For multiple items from the same package, use one label and one box.
Lost your label? Click G enerate Return Label and follow the instructions.

Pack your items

Place the items in the original box.
For shoes, put them back in their original shoe box inside the package.
Make sure everything is unused, with tags still attached.

Attach the label

Stick the prepaid return label on the outside of the package.
Cover or remove the old delivery label first.
Include the return form inside the box.

Send it back

Drop-off option: take the package to a UPS location. Find the nearest one here.
UPS Pickup: schedule a collection from your address.

What happens after

Once UPS delivers to our fulfillment partner (PFS), we inspect the return. If approved, your refund (minus €7.99) is processed back to your original payment method. If approved, your refund (minus €7.99) is processed back to your original payment method.

We’ll email you when it's complete – usually within 7–10 business days.

To qualify, your return must

Be clean, unused, and undamaged
Include all tags and original packaging
Have the return label attached
Be sent via UPS
Have footwear returned in its original shoe box

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these rules. If rejected, we may return the item to you at your expense.

What are the instructions and conditions to return my order?

Enclose the return form within your parcel and return the parcel via UPS. Make sure you use the return label to get a free return. Both the return form and the return label came with your order. You have the right to return items within 20 days for a refund. Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached. Please make sure you securely ship the products with the return form enclosed. Products purchased with discount in a campaign period can be returned for a refund, but can not be exchanged. If you would like to change the size or color of the returned product, please return the product to us and we will refund the amount back to your original method of payment. You may place a new order in a new size and/or color when you wish to.

What does it cost to return my order?

How long does it take before I receive the refund of my returned order?

After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days at most and credited back to your original method of payment.

The retailer refuses to help with a warranty case, who can I turn to?

For warranty assistance, please contact our customer service at service-eu@mizuno.eu. We would be happy to hear about your case and assist you as best as we can.

How can I exchange my order?

If you would like to change the size or color of the returned product, please return the product to us and we will refund the amount back to your original method of payment. You may place a new order in a new size and/or color when you wish to.

Will you refund the shipping costs if I return my order?

All returns are free provided that you use the return label included in the parcel. If you wish to return all of the items you have ordered using the free return label we will also refund your original shipping costs. If you choose to keep part of your order and have orignally incurred shipping costs for your order, these will not be refunded.
