It's a statutory right under EU consumer law to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. On withdrawal, the contract ends and the goods are returned for a refund. It applies to all online purchases from emea.mizuno.com.

Both registered account holders and guests who checked out without an account. Registered users can start from the Orders page or the site footer; guests use the footer link.

The period is 14 days. It starts the day the customer receives the goods. For an order containing several items delivered separately, the 14 days start the day the last item is received.

There are two options:

• The "Withdraw from contract" link in the site footer, available to all customers.
• For account holders, the withdrawal option on the relevant order in the Orders page. It's available for all orders once placed (except orders in a cancelled status). Before the order is delivered, withdrawal can be submitted at any time. Once the order is delivered, a 14-day window activates, and withdrawal must be submitted within those 14 days; after that the option is no longer available.

Once "Confirm withdrawal" is selected and validation passes, an on-screen confirmation appears, and an acknowledgement email is sent within 24 hours to the order email address, recording the content, date and time of submission.

Yes. Submitting the withdrawal cancels the contract; the item is then returned within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. The deadline is met as long as the item is sent back before day 14.

Mizuno refunds within 14 days of being notified of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order, with no additional fees.

Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received.
