If you order with an account you can check the status of your order in your online account. Regardless of whether you order with an account, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link from the carrier once your order has been shipped.
If your order has been cancelled, we kindly advise you to contact our customer service team via this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team is more than happy to assist you.
We offer the following payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, Paypal and Klarna.
You can find the order number in your online account. If you ordered without an account (as guest), you can find the order number in the confirmation email that you received after placing your order.
If you would like to cancel your order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by filling in the contact form or by phone.
Whilst the Customer Care Team will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, should you request it, this may not be possible due to the speed at which orders are processed. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it will be too late to prevent your order from being sent to you.
If the Customer Care Team is unable to cancel your order and the products are dispatched to you, you have the option to refuse the delivery, in which case the products will be automatically returned to us, or accept the delivery and make a return using the free returns label provided.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.
You do not need an account to place an order, you can also do this as a guest. However, there are advantages to creating an account. For instance, you do not have to enter your contact details again the next time you want to place an order and you can check the status of your order directly in your online account. So if you like, create a Mizuno account.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. If you ordered with an account, you will also be able to check the status of your order in your online account. In case you landed on the confirmation page after placing your order, but you have not yet received a confirmation email and/or you cannot find your order in your online account, we recommend you contact the Customer Care Team with the order number given on the confirmation page.
If you have received an item which you did not order, we recommend you to contact the Customer Care Team.
It is possible to enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address. You can set this up within your account or when ordering without an account (as a guest).
