Returns
Enclose the return form within your parcel and return the parcel via UPS. Make sure you use the return label to get a free return. Both the return form and the return label came with your order.
You have the right to return items within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached. Please make sure you securely ship the products with the return form enclosed.
Products purchased with discount in a campaign period can be returned for a refund, but can not be exchanged.
If you would like to change the size or color of the returned product, please return the product to us and we will refund the amount back to your original method of payment. You may place a new order in a new size and/or color when you wish to.
We offer free returns. Please use the return label that came with your order for free returns.
After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days at most and credited back to your original method of payment.
For warranty assistance, please contact our customer service at service-eu@mizuno.eu. We would be happy to hear about your case and assist you as best as we can.
If you would like to change the size or color of the returned product, please return the product to us and we will refund the amount back to your original method of payment. You may place a new order in a new size and/or color when you wish to.
All returns are free provided that you use the return label included in the parcel. If you wish to return all of the items you have ordered using the free return label we will also refund your original shipping costs. If you choose to keep part of your order and have orignally incurred shipping costs for your order, these will not be refunded.
