Mizuno Wave technology has been used in every Mizuno running and trail shoe for the past 25 years. The wave technology can be exhibited as either a wave plate inserted in between the midsole and the outsole or a foam wave: a combination of two soft materials in a wave shaped design. Both of them offer cushioning and support, two factors that become even more crucial when running off-road.
