If you are one of the runners who escapes from high temperatures and travels to places that allow you to continue practicing your favourite sport, we give you some tips on how to run in summer so that the summer season does not become the weak link in your workout schedule.
Mizuno introduces Shape of Time. This collection is composed of two styles, each in two different colour variations, and is an ode to time and our way of shaping it. The geometric lines and curved lines which feature on both the Wave Rider and the Sky Medal are a reminder of the dual nature of time, which is not just a precise notion measured in increments, but also a more romantic concept made of happenstance and memories. Having played many sports at a young age, Holly knew pole vault was her calling from the moment she attended her first coaching session. She has gone on to collect 12 national titles indoor and outdoor, European indoor gold and a fine collection of medals at international level – she has also been UK record holder for nine years. Holly is an exceptional ambassador for female sport, passionately encouraging women and girls to participate, inspire and achieve their goals.
