1) SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST (SSA)
The SSA structure throughout the entire sole supports the ideal, smooth stride envisioned by Mizuno from start to finish in a race.
To deliver the benefits of SSA to more runners, the angle has been adjusted to be more gradual than the previous model, and the contact area (gauge) has been expanded to further enhance stability.

2) MIZUNO ENERZY XP
This highly-responsive, high-performance material in the midsole supports speed running with its top-level balance of softness, energy return, and lightness.

3) G3 sole
The lightweight, high-grip outsole supports speed running.
