Welcome to the Loyalty Program of Mizuno called Club Mizuno. By subscribing to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program, you will be able to enjoy exclusive benefits. Below, you find the Terms and Conditions that apply to Club Mizuno Loyalty Program and that explains how the Club Mizuno Club Mizuno Loyalty Program works. These Terms and Conditions are concluded between Mizuno and the Member that subscribes to the Club Mizuno Club Mizuno Loyalty Program.
1. Club Mizuno Loyalty Program: the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program of Mizuno to which customers can subscribe, as described in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Member: a natural person that is subscribed to Club Mizuno;
3. Mizuno: Mizuno Corporation Netherlands, based in Capelle aan den IJssel and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 52445097, trading as Mizuno Corporation Netherlands;
4. Online Terms of Sales: the online terms of sales that apply to online sales via the Website, that can be found here.
5. Terms and Conditions: the terms and conditions of the no Club Mizuno Loyalty Program, as laid down below.
6. Website: the EMEA-website of Mizuno, www.emea.mizuno.com.
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program and form the contractual agreement between Mizuno and the Member with regard to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program.
2. By subscribing to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program, the Member agrees with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Mizuno reserves the right to modify, terminate, limit or suspend the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, at all times and without obligation to compensate the damages incurred.
4. In case of a substantial modification to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program or these Terms and Conditions, Members will be notified. The modification will take effect fourteen (14) days after the notification In case of a minor modification, Mizuno will not inform the Members. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions are available on the Website. Therefore, Mizuno advises the Members to regularly check the Terms and Conditions.
5. These Terms and Conditions are without prejudice to and supplement the Online Terms of Sales. In case of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions, and the Online Terms of Sales, the most favourable provision to the Member applies.
1. Membership is free of charge.
2. The Club Mizuno Loyalty Program is only available to residents of a country in the EMEA-region / residents of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, The Netherlands, United Kingdom.
3. The Club Mizuno Loyalty Program is only available to persons aged 18 years and older. If the person is not yet of legal age according to the law of their place of residence, the person must have permission from his or her parent(s), guardian(s) or legal representative to subscribe to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program.
4. Persons are only allowed to have one membership. If a person has more than one membership, Mizuno is allowed to terminate one of the memberships and consolidate all the points to a single account.
5. To subscribe to the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program, the person must have a personal account on the Mizuno website, in accordance with Article 5 of the Online Terms of Sales.
6. The person must fill in the online registration form to become Member of the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program and accept these Terms and Conditions. The Member must provide complete information, and is solely responsible for keeping the information up-to-date. Mizuno is not liable in case of incorrect or outdated information provided by the Member. Moreover, the Member is responsible and liable for all actions performed on the account of the Member.
1. For every purchase of a product on the Website of Mizuno, the Member can earn points.
2. For every euro (€) spent, the Member can earn one (1) point. Mizuno can, in the context of certain promotions or actions, award extra points for certain purchases or acts. The conditions for awarding are described in the relevant promotion or action.
3. No points can be earned on shipping costs or other additional costs that are not part of the selling price of a product.
4. The number of points that can be earned per product will be shown on the product page and/or in the shopping cart. The total number of points per order will be shown at the check-out screen.
The points will be added to the account of the Member 30 days after the purchase. In case a product is returned to Mizuno, the points will not be added to the account.
5.The total amount of points a Member has, will be shown in his or her personal account after they have been activated, once the 30 dayPoints are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Points earned in the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program have an expiration date of one year from the date the points are awarded. If points are not redeemed within its validity period, the accumulated points will automatically expire.
7. Mizuno is allowed to deduct or adjust points from a Member in case the points were awarded incorrectly or without justification. This may include, but is not limited to, technical errors, such as system malfunctions, human errors, such as incorrect manual entries, fraud or misuse by the Member, errors in point calculations, or cancelled orders or returned products for which points have been awarded.
1.The Member can terminate its membership at any time via the personal account of the Member of by contacting the customer support.
2.Mizuno is allowed to terminate or suspend a membership in case:
- Member does not meet the requirements of Article 3;
- Member does not act in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
- Member is inactive for a period of 12 months;
- Member misuses the membership;
- In any other case where it cannot be reasonably expected from Mizuno continue the membership in the context of its legitimate business interests.
3.Termination will have immediate effect. In case the membership is terminated, points and vouchers will expire immediately.
4.Mizuno reserves the right to assess whether Members comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times, without prior notice.
Personal data of the Member can be used to personalise offers, provide personalised discounts, show personalised advertisement and to enhance the performance of the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program. Mizuno will use the Personal data of the Member in accordance with the applicable law. Mizuno refers to its online privacy statement for more information on the use of personal data in the context of the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program.
To the extent permitted by applicable local laws, Mizuno is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by or in connection with participation in the Club Mizuno Loyalty Program, except where the damage arises out of intent or gross negligence.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law, notwithstanding the applicability of mandatory provisions on applicable law of the place of residence of the Member.
- Insofar as not provided otherwise by mandatory law, any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the membership will be submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district where Mizuno has its registered office.
- If any provision set out in these Terms and Conditions should prove to be void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the Terms of Conditions as a whole. In that case, the Parties will lay down one or more new provisions in replacement of the void or invalid provision, which will reflect the original provision as much as is possible under the law.
