Wagashi is de Japanse kunst om kleine en prachtige snoepjes te maken, waarbij het uiterlijk net zo belangrijk is als de smaak. Het hoogwaardige gerubberde diepe marineblauwe leer van de Runbird is geïnspireerd op de donkere borden waarop wagashi wordt geserveerd.

The premium rubberised deep navy leather of the Runbird is inspired from the dark plates that are used to serve the wagashi.
