Established in 1939, Nagoya Grampus Eight was one of the founding members (”Original Ten”) of the Japan Professional Football League in 1993. Subsequently, the League has gained recognition for not only being fiercely competitive, but also for some of the most unique football kit designs in world football. In a series of capsule launches, this project celebrates the history of Nagoya Grampus Eight, bringing you ever closer to the Japanese football culture.
