MIZUNO X FUTUR - WAVE PROPHECY

Once again, Mizuno becomes the creator of a “prophecy” that finally comes true. Crossing the ocean from Japan to Paris, the sportswear brand teams up with the apparel brand FUTUR for a second collaboration.

The Mizuno x FUTUR capsule looks to celebrate the union between historic and contemporary design and does so through the brand-new version of the Wave Prophecy 8. An iconic running sneaker straight out of Mizuno’s performance catalogue which has been recreated for a new streetwear look.

Available in two different colour ways, black and white, the Wave Prophecy has been reimagined with bold details such as the reflective and iridescent elements and a fabric stripe on the tongue. The 2019 imprint on the heel marks FUTUR’s 5th anniversary.

Taking inspiration from Mizuno’s vast performance catalogue, the capsule will be accompanied by a set of heavy weather running apparel and accessories; a fully waterproof and breathable full-zip jacket with “performance” and cobranded logos on each arm, a set of caps in three different colours, a pair of gloves and a balaclava.
